故障过程：

客户在使用的过程中，联想ST558服务器死机了，重启后，硬盘亮黄灯，告警灯也亮了，开机提示：AVAGO MegaRAID <RAID 530-8i> Driver Health Protocol Utility

后来客户自己把三块盘拔插了，结果还是进不去系统，后来联系到我们，经过指导，顺利进入系统。
